01 / THE SHIFT

A product is only the beginning.

Don't just make
a demo.
Make a business.

AI has changed what one person can build. The harder questions are what to build first, who it's for, and how to turn it into a business you can actually run.

Codestrapping brings development and operations into the same journey. Scope the experience. Make a real offer. Learn from customers. Put the right systems underneath it.

Big ambition. A useful first version.

01

Choose

One person. One problem. One useful result.

02

Build

The smallest experience that delivers that result.

03

Launch

A clear founding offer for real early customers.

04

Operate

Customer support, costs and workflows that fit your team.

05

Grow

Improve from evidence, then earn the next expansion.

02 / WHAT YOU CAN CREATE

The next creator economy is experiential.

More than content.
A complete experience.

Your expertise, process, audience or idea can become something people participate in, interact with, and return to. Start with a useful slice of the bigger vision.

FROM KNOWLEDGE TO INTERACTION

A diagnostic people
can act on.

Turn your consulting framework into an interactive assessment that gives someone a useful result and a clear next step.

First useful versionOne assessment. One actionable report.

Illustrative concepts, not finished products or customer results.

03 / THE LIVING BETA

Built with customers. Not hidden from them.

Get to market.
Keep becoming.

LIVING
BETAUseful today.
Evolving tomorrow.

Your product doesn't have to be finished
for your mission to be worth joining.

Our living beta approach is Kickstarter-style: invite early customers into a useful first experience while the bigger product is still being built. They can connect with the product, the mission and the founder's vision behind it.

The deal is clear: show what works today, explain what is still in development, and make an offer you can fulfill. Learn from the people who join, then keep improving.

Deliver something real.

A small working experience that earns the right to grow.

Make the unfinished visible.

Clear beta limits, expectations and customer terms.

Bring people into the vision.

A meaningful reason to join and help shape what comes next.

“Kickstarter-style” describes the early-customer approach. Codestrapping is not affiliated with Kickstarter. Sales and funding are not guaranteed.

04 / THE ECOSYSTEM

Build your capability, not just your product.

Your team is small.
Your support system can be bigger.

THE METHOD

Training &
founder guidance.

Learn the decisions behind the build: scope, customer evidence, offers, AI workflows and the operating choices that keep a small team moving.

THE FOUNDATION

Tools &
infrastructure.

Work with supported AI development tools and templates. Learn how to own your code, manage data, deploy your experience and control costs.

Buy speed when it fits.Optional, separately scoped technical and business infrastructure services.
THE LONGER VIEW

Growth &
future investment.

Build credible market evidence and a path toward self-funding, customer funding or appropriate outside capital.

Investment is a future direction. There is no current investment entitlement or guaranteed capital access.

Group sessions and structured resources; no unlimited private access or done-for-you custom product. Specific tool access and program start availability are confirmed with the team.

05 / YOUR PROGRAM LEADER

Lessons from inside the build.

JEFF LERNER
Founder & program leader
Jeff Lerner, founder and Codestrapping program leader

A year in the build.
A clearer path for you.

I'm building the business
I'm teaching you to build.

Over the last year, Jeff has been building LifeDesignOS and learning what it takes to turn a big vision into functioning software and a real operating foundation.

His experience spans choosing AI coding tools, managing models and token costs, setting up repositories, databases and deployments, and learning when to stop building everything and focus on the right first version.

Codestrapping brings those lessons into a practical founder journey—so you can make informed decisions, test a real offer and build the systems to keep improving.

THE REFERENCE EXPERIENCE

LifeDesignOS → Living beta

Jeff's account of the build: from inception to living beta launch in six months as a solo founder. It's the reference for the approach, not a promised timeline for your venture.

06 / WHO THIS IS FOR

You don't need a big team. You do need to build.

Bring a direction.
Bring a willingness.

You have an idea, expertise, a process, an audience or an opportunity.

You can make time to build and talk to prospective customers.

You're willing to start smaller, test and improve.

You want to own the experience and the responsibility that comes with it.

Traditional coding experience is optional. The initial technical lane focuses on small browser-based experiences and supported templates. Complex or specialist builds require a separate fit assessment.

07 / YOUR NEXT STEP

Let's make the first version real.

Your vision.
Your first move.

Tell the Life Design Technologies team what you're building. Ask about Codestrapping fit, the starting path and current program availability.

A few good questions.

Do I need to know how to code?

Traditional coding experience is optional. You need a willingness to learn, test and troubleshoot with guidance. AI-assisted development changes the workflow; you still direct the work and take responsibility for the result.

What can I build?

Software, intelligent services, interactive media, small games and other digital experiences. Start with one useful customer interaction. Initial technical support focuses on declared browser-based templates; specialist projects need a separate fit assessment.

What does “living beta” mean?

A useful first version is available while the broader product continues to evolve. Early customers receive clearly stated current value and understand the limits. Mission and founder vision help explain why the experience is worth joining; they do not replace delivering what you promise.

Will someone build my whole product for me?

You do the building and customer work with education and group guidance. Optional infrastructure services install a defined supported foundation. Unique product development and ongoing managed operation require separate scope and agreement.

Are events or investment included?

An event-inclusive program and future investment are possible directions, not adopted benefits on this page. Ask the team for the current accepted scope, any start requirements and separately priced services. No funding or business outcome is guaranteed.

How do I get started?

Email the team with your idea, intended customer and current stage. They can clarify fit and availability. You can explore current Founder membership information through the link above; a membership purchase does not itself confirm a program start date.
